These groups have billions in revenue and over 50 years of experience.
Security: Rental income is contractual and paid even if the parking facility has empty spaces.
What happens if the operator goes bankrupt?
Very unlikely scenario: our partners are multinational corporations or subsidiaries of large groups (SNCF for Effia).
But if it were to happen:
- The parking facility continues to operate (real estate asset)
- A new operator takes over operations (high demand in this sector)
- Your operating rights are transferred to the new operator
- Rental income resumes after a transition period (max 3-6 months)
